Yes! Upgrade or switch billing frequency from monthly to annual any time and changes take effect immediately. Downgrade and changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle (monthly or annual). No penalties.

A file is one probate, estate, trust or PoA file opened in Estateably. You're billed when you open it, not when you close it, not per action taken inside it. Simple as that.

Yes. Estateably is PCI and SOC2 Type II certified and we maintain a GDPR compliance program. Your clients' information is protected the way it should be.

Yes. If you're on a Platform plan and need just one or two extra files for a specific file, you can purchase them per file without committing to a full bundle of five (5) or moving up to the next plan. Pay for exactly what you need, nothing more.

Estateably covers all Canadian provinces and territories, plus many US states including full coverage in New York, California, Florida, North Carolina, and Massachusetts, with active expansion underway. Court forms are updated in real time as regulations change.

Yes. Estateably integrates with Clio, DecisionVault, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 - with new integrations always in the works. If you're on a Growth or Pro plan, those integrations are included through the Productivity Bundle. And you can add the Productivity Bundle to the Starter or Per File plans at any time.

Every plan includes a 1:1 onboarding session with an Estateably customer success expert - your letterhead uploaded, templates configured, and your team's account set-up and ready to go. You won't just be handed a help doc and wished luck.

Yes. Our sales and professional services teams will work with you to build a migration plan for your existing files and data. Migration services are available at an additional cost and limitations apply.

Platform plans are billed monthly or annually, choose at sign-up. Annual billing saves you between 25 - 35% when billed annually. Per file plans are invoiced per file opened, making it easy to pass costs directly to clients.

All plans include unlimited users -  add your whole team without worrying about per-seat costs.

No installation is necessary! Estateably is cloud-based, meaning that you can access the platform from any of our supported browsers with an internet connection.
