Yes! Upgrade or switch billing frequency from monthly to annual any time and changes take effect immediately. Downgrade and changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle (monthly or annual). No penalties.
A file is one probate, estate, trust or PoA file opened in Estateably. You're billed when you open it, not when you close it, not per action taken inside it. Simple as that.
Yes. Estateably is PCI and SOC2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant with regional data residency compliance. Your clients' information is protected the way it should be.
Yes. If you're on a Platform plan and need just one or two extra files for a specific file, you can purchase them per file without committing to a full bundle of five (5) or moving up to the next plan. Pay for exactly what you need, nothing more.

Yes. Estateably integrates with Clio, DecisionVault, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 - with new integrations always in the works. If you're on a Growth or Pro plan, those integrations are included through the Productivity Bundle. And you can add the Productivity Bundle to the Starter or Per File plans at any time.

Yes. Our sales and professional services teams will work with you to build a migration plan for your existing files and data. Migration services are available at an additional cost and limitations apply.
Platform plans are billed monthly or annually, choose at sign-up. Annual billing saves you between 25 - 35% when billed annually. Per file plans are invoiced per file opened, making it easy to pass costs directly to clients.
