Some of the highlights for the month include:

  • Improved forms and letter generation user experience
  • Additional task management functionality
  • Support for OneLogin as a Single Sign-On provider

We are continuously releasing significant updates to our trust administration product - if you want to try the product with early access, you can fill in the form here!

As always, if you have any ideas or comments on features you would like to see added to the platform, let us know through our feedback portal.

1) New Forms & Updated Reports

We have added and updated our library of forms and reports including:

Cover letter to the court

  • We have added the ability to generate a letter accompanying a paper or electronic filing, and to add optional attachments

Signing section asset list

  • We have added an acknowledgement (to be signed by the trustees) to the asset list

Default date in intake, executors

  • Added a default signing date to the Intake, which can be also be left blank or overwritten per executor

2) Improvements to Form and Letter Generation

We've improved the experience of the forms & letters section making it so that you can only generate documents from that section. Any forms & letters generated now get automatically downloaded and their contents can be viewed at any time in the documents section.

3) Improvements to My Tasks

If you are currently working on a mix of both estates and trusts, you can easily filter now by file type in the My Tasks section (Eg. show only tasks assigned to me on Trusts) to quickly find what's relevant to your work situation.

4) Duplicate an Estate File

In the event that a family member of an existing estate administration file passes away, users now have the ability to reuse information from an existing file to avoid repeated data entry.

In the coming weeks, we will announce the release of other great features such as:

  • Shareable contacts section for Executor collaboration and input
  • Saved contacts that you can reuse on future files
