November Updates and New Releases

We are excited to announce a major release that contains two new major features and early access for a new product launch.

• DocuVision: Financial Statement Parsing
• Reporting & Metrics Dashboard
• Trust Administration Early Access

You'll now be able to automatically extract data from financial statements, see various charts that highlight the case/matter load of each team member and register to use our soon-to-be-released Trust Administration product.

1) DocuVision: Financial Statement Parsing

Using custom-built Artificial Intelligence technology, this new feature allows users to automatically extract data from most financial statements or scanned images of statements to directly import data into the accounting section of the platform. We will continue to train and perfect the AI model as more and more formats of statements are extracted.

2) Reporting & Metrics Dashboard

Users with the appropriate set of permissions can now access an organization metrics (business intelligence) section. At a glance, you will see various charts that highlight the case/matter load on each member or team (if applicable) within the organization.

Further, you will be able to filter the results of each chart by various time horizons (all-time, monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and compare the results against the previous period to identify growth/decline.

3) Trust Administration Early Access

We're excited to share the news that our new Trust Administration product is being released to select firms. You'll be able to streamline the creation, execution, and maintenance of trusts files from start to finish.
